SUPPORT SERVICES
Doc.It® will provide the Client with the Doc.It® Suite support and maintenance service for the period covered by the Quarterly Subscription Fees, which must be prepaid before service will be activated.

Doc.It® will make its best effort to respond to each client support request by a qualified Doc.It® professional, within four business hours of the initial call or email.

Doc.It® shall use all means at its disposal to resolve the problem of the Client within eight business hours of the initial call where changes to the Doc.It® program are NOT necessary.

Doc.It® shall use all means at its disposal to resolve the problem of the Client within 48 consecutive hours of the initial call where changes to the Doc.It® program ARE necessary.
